semisweet chocolate, finely chopped (some have found the ganache is too runny unless you add the larger amount of chocolate, but I find that 8 ounces is fine if you let it cool to thicken)

plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

brown sugar

hot water

1 cup

warm ganache (listed above)
