Greens (spinach or leaves from radishes, kohlrabi, or broccoli)
Garlic scapes or Spring Onions

(4 cups, 2 pints) tomato sauce

shredded, grated or julienned veggies: zucchini, kohlrabi, radishes, carrots, daikons, kale
