This is one of our newer favorite proteins for a Sunday. So easy and delicious ... doesn’t need to marinate long.. pairs with a giant salad and crusty bread..

This was a great Sunday dinner. The flavor of the marinade was delicious and we loved the chimichurri! A definite repeat.

This dish tastes like something from a restaurant. It has the most amazing Chimichurri sauce! And the pork is delicious. We added a little more olive oil to the sauce and will add a little more heat to the pork next time (increasing the chili powder and red pepper flakes).
We love pork tenderloin, and this one was no exception! The marinade added a nice flavor and crust to the meat, which we really enjoyed, but the Chimichurri absolutely made the dish for us. Super good!
This was an absolutely delicious meal! Will be making again for sure!!!
