This is the dish my son Jake said he dreamt about while on his 2 year mission to Guatemala! It’s always a hit with young and old, even picky eaters love it. Also, a very inexpensive meal!
SO GOOD! This might be my new favorite tomato based pasta dish. Flavor is amazing, and I love using garden fresh tomatoes and basil! As a total bonus, it's quick, easy, and the kids liked it. If you like tomatoes, basil, and fresh mozzarella, you HAVE to try this recipe--seriously.

This is probably our all-time favorite quick meal, and even if it weren't quick we would still make it at least monthly. We love it! Canned tomatoes work fine if that's all you have or are in a hurry.
