Beef Stir Fry

vegetable oil (or other high heat oil)

beef sirloin (cut into thin strips, see note)

2 cups

broccoli (fresh florets)

red bell pepper (cut into thin strips)

large carrots (peeled and cut into thin strips)

small zucchini (thinly sliced)

green onions (thinly sliced)

1 tsp

garlic (minced)

1/2 tsp

ginger (freshly grated)

1/2 tsp

red pepper flakes

2 tbsp

soy sauce

2 tbsp

fish sauce

2 tbsp

sesame seeds (toasted)


NOTES

  • Cook the steak with soy sauce. Stir the rice in with steak and veggies before serving.
