- tbsp of heavy whipping cream (this makes it light and fluffy)

vanilla

or 1/3 cup (more if you like it sweeter) of THM Gentle Sweet, or you can do 1 tbsp. THM Sweet Blend or 3 tbsp. of Pyure or Truvia

oz- 85% dark chocolate squares
