Cream Cheese, softened (I use ⅓ less fat)

Half and Half

1/3 cup

Heavy Cream

Egg Yolks

Butter

1/2 cup

Truvia (no need to grind) AND 1 Tiny Scoops Now Better Stevia Extract Powder

1/3 cup

For Whip Cream:

3/4 cup

Heavy Whipping Cream
