mashed bananas, overripe (1 medium banana is about 3/4 cup mashed)

NOTES
Did one large pan and had to add 15 minutes. The outsides were burnt. Second attempt, split between medium and large loaf pans. The medium took 35 and the large took 40.

Came out great! I didn't have Buttermilk so just found recepie to mix milk with white vinegar. I also made a double batch to freeze the rest.
