NOTES
Freezer instructions: cover the uncooked casserole tightly with heavy foil and freeze for up to six months. To bake, place the frozen casserole straight into a 350° oven, still covered, for one hour 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes more, until hot and bubbly. Or, all the casserole in the refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours, until completely thawed. Bake according to the recipe instructions.
