Shredded Chicken (from a rotisserie chicken or poached chicken)

(1) 15-16-ounce pkg. Ramen or Udon Noodles, cooked according to pkg. instructions

Optional:

Green Onions (garnish)

Sliced Mushrooms (add last minute of cooking)
