Tandoori Chicken

INGREDIENTS

• 200g natural or Greek yoghurt

• 4 cloves of garlic, minced

• juice of half a large lemon (about 2-3 tbsp)

• 4 tbsp. tandoori paste*

• 800g boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces

• 2-3 tbsp. ghee or olive oil or coconut oil

• 1 tsp. sugar or honey

• 200ml pure cream

• salt & pepper
