Power Salad with Spicy Honey Vinaigrette

4 sliced radishes

dried blueberries

dried cranberries

Honey Roasted Sunflower Seeds

2 tbsp

Oven Roasted Almonds

1/4 cup

chopped goat cheese or feta cheese

salmon steaks (grilled, optional)

Cooked quinoa (chard, chicory, broccoli, other dried fruits, grilled salmon or chicken, other cheese, croutons. Use your imagination.)
