Half and half or coconut milk
Salt and pepper or
Canola or olive oil
Really easy to make! I'd leave out the half and half/coconut milk for next time as it takes away from the delicious squash flavor. Other than that, it's fantastic and I will definitely be making again!
Great fall dinner on a cold snowy evening. Roasted Brussels on the side. We ended up throwing into soup and tasted great. Will make this soup again. Easy
