It didn’t turn out. The custard never set. When I went to cut into it six hours later it was a soupy mess. Plus when I refrigerated it “uncovered” it picked up all of my fridge smells. So it tasted like banana and onion. 🤣 it would be great if the author added what custard should be like. And what possibly went wrong if it does not set.
