NOTES
1/2 cup water and 3/4 cup milk for each 2 1/2 cups of flour. Use more baking powder next time to try to make them a bit less dense.

Yum. We made honey butter to go with it (butter, honey and marshmallow fluff whipped) and we were licking our plates clean! We cooked it in vegetable oil (not the lard it suggests) and we will add more baking powder to make them a little less dense next time. This may become a General Conference tradition!
Very easy and the whole family loved them! The recipe is a little vague about how much liquid to use. I used 3/4 cup milk and 1/2 cup water for each 2 1/2 cups flour, which worked great.
