NOTES
Freezer instructions for chicken: Allow the mixture to cool to almost room temperature, then pack the taco chicken into freezer bags. To reheat, place the bags in the refrigerator for 24 to 36 hours, then reheat in a saucepan or in a microwave-safe dish in the microwave. Quick thaw - place the bag in the microwave and heat in 1-2 minute intervals, flipping/squishing the bag after each, until the meat is thawed.
