Chicken and Basil Stir Fry Soup ~ FP {Trim Healthy Mama, GAPS, SCD, Paleo, Grain Free, Sugar Free, Dairy Free}

INGREDIENTS

low fat chicken broth

large chicken breasts or 6-8 tenderloins (frozen works too!)

1 tbsp

minced garlic

1 tbsp

fish sauce

2 tbsp

coconut amino's or naturally fremented soy sauce

1 pinch

or two of red pepper flakes( if you don't have these, use a couple shakes of cayenne pepper)

red bell peppers diced

3 tbsp

dried basil (or 1/2 cup chopped fresh, this is best)

few leaves of fresh mint

1 tbsp

fresh grated ginger
