orange juice (1-2 large oranges)

1 tbsp

orange zest

3 tbsp

soy sauce

3 tbsp

honey

2 tbsp

rice vinegar (may sub white vinegar)

1/2 tsp

crushed red pepper flakes

2 tsp

minced garlic

1 tbsp

water + 1 tablespoon corn starch, whisked until dissolved

optional: green onions, sesame seeds, 3 cups cooked white or brown rice for serving
