white granulated sugar

Zest from 2 lemons

unsalted butter (room temperature)

ricotta cheese (I used low fat)

freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tsp

vanilla bean paste or pure vanilla extract (just throw out any imitation extract now, please)

ish fresh blackberries
