Chocolate Peanut Butter Snack Bars

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup

honey or brown rice syrup1

1/3 cup

almond meal2

1 tbsp

peanut butter (any nut butter works!)

1/2 tsp

pure vanilla extract

Food processor or small blender to easily chop the peanuts, dates, and make the almond meal (I own and love this one and this one)
