low fat Stonyfield yogurt {you can also use Stonyfield Organic nonfat Greek Yogurt}

frozen pineapple chunks

1/4 cup

pomegranate seeds {I use frozen but you can use fresh}

2 cups

frozen spinach

1 tbsp

chia seeds

1 tsp

vanilla extract

1 tsp

honey {or sweetener of your choice}
