SpicyTofu Tacos

• 1 package of extra firm tofu

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 1 small onion, cut into small cubes

• 2 garlic cloves

• Juice from ½ lime

• 4 tablespoons tomato paste

• About 2 ½ tablespoon homemade taco seasoning (see DiepLicious natural homemade taco seasoning)

• 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
