Smoothie:

frozen papaya (or use more banana if you prefer)

all of the cocoa chia pudding
1 1/2 tbsp
pumpkin seed protein powder (or another unflavoured protein powder of choice)
1/2 cup
unsweetened almond milk (add more if you desire a thinner smoothie consistency)

sliced banana
1 tbsp
raw cocoa nibs
1/2 tbsp
shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tbsp
grain free or regular granola
