garbanzo beans fresh cooked preferred, but washed and drained from the can works

1/8 cup

tahini It will still be good without it, but it's worth getting the tahini in there

1/4 cup

lemon juice about one medium size lemon

2 tbsp

Franks Red Hot It's vegan!

2 dashes

cayenne pepper

1 tbsp

olive oil

1 clove

garlic minced

1/2 cup

water If you cooked the garbanzo beans, use the water from that. You can use less if you want it thicker
