Matcha Green Tea Latte Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS

1 cup

coconut milk (regular, light, or unsweetened)

2

tea bags of matcha green tea or regular green tea bags

1 tsp

matcha powder (see instructions if you don't have the powder)

1 1/2 cups

gluten free rolled oats

1/4 cup

coconut sugar or raw sugar ( see notes for sugar free)

1/2 tbsp

coconut oil

Cinnamon

Sea salt

Optional Mix in- 1/4 c unsweetened shredded coconut flakes or shavings

1 tbsp

maple syrup or honey for non vegans.

Optional Topping - nuts, oats, coconut flakes, or sliced banana
