Cream Cheese – softened to room temperature

Jalapeños, approximately 2 roasted – if using canned, enough to have a single layer covering the sandwich
Cheddar Cheese – I use sharp cheddar slices – you can use shredded
Monterey Jack Cheese – optional, sliced or shredded
