Cheesy, not super spicy, great texture! Might add some salsa verde to the chicken to give it some more flavor next time.

Wasn't sure about white sauce because I am found of the red... however it was so good. My kids loved it too. Will make again.
My family loved. Comfort food. I thought they were flavorless (despite serving with green onions, jalapeños and black olives) and not worth the calories. Good use of leftover shredded chicken though.
