pumpkin puree. (or a 15 ounce can, NOT pie filling)

2 cups

pure Grade B maple syrup OR dark caro syrup (the dark stuff)

2 tbsp

pure vanilla extract

1 1/2 tbsp

ground cinnamon

1 tsp

ground ginger

1/2 tsp

freshly grated nutmeg

1/4 tsp

ground allspice
