2x the salt, pepper and cayenne; 1/2 the buttermilk; Cecily likes thin layer of breading; Costco tenderloins work really well; marinating beyond 24 hours really accentuates the sour buttermilk flavor in the end product

made tenders. used regular salt so I only used a tsp and I doubled the cayenne since we like spicy. I also added a tsp of garlic powder because my Italian side needed it.
