We did a head to head taste test between this and our current go to hot fudge recipe, and this one was the clear winner! This is pure chocolatey goodness and the perfect complement to vanilla ice cream or my new favorite, Tillamook Carmel Toffee Crunch. 😋
This almost tasted like the Hot Fudge that Houston’s (Hillstone) uses on their sundae. Not super sweet, which is a great compliment to sweet ice cream! Loved it!

My cocoa clumped and the whole thing was clumpy bits of bitter cocoa. First time trying. Not sure what went wrong
Hot fudge sundaes are one of our family's favorite desserts, and we love this sauce! It is good enough that a few of us have even been caught sneaking a spoonful right from the jar. 😊
