1 8 ounce can
pineapple chunks, drained and juices reserved
3 tbsp
ketchup
1 tbsp
soy sauce
2 tbsp
brown sugar
1 tsp
rice vinegar
NOTES
I used 3/4 c orange juice, and 1/4 tsp ground ginger. Manual low pressure for 17 minutes, NPR for 10 minutes
