Honey Buttermilk Bread

Honey

3/4 tsp

Baking soda

1 tsp

Kosher salt

1 pinch

Powdered ginger

1 tsp

Sugar

6 cups

White bread flour

1 tbsp

Yeast

2 cups

Buttermilk

1/4 cup

Water

1/4 cup

Unsalted butter (melted and cooled so that it is warm to the touch but not hot.)


NOTES

  • I cut this recipe in half and made it in my bread maker. Turned out great!
