low fat mayonnaise

fresh basil

garlic

1/4 cup

grated parmesan

salt and pepper to taste (I used about ¼ tsp salt and pepper)

Hoagie Rolls, croissants or baguette bread

Optional toppings:

tomatoes

spinach

sliced cheese (I used mozzarella)
