vegetable oil

honey

1 1/2 tbsp

vanilla extract

1 tbsp

cinnamon

1/2 tsp

salt

1/2 cup

cocoa powder (best-quality)

4 1/2 cups

oats (or can use a mix of oats, bran, flax, etc)

1 cup

unsweetened coconut (I like the extra-large flakes)

1 cup

nuts (chopped, toasted, of your choice (I like hazelnuts and almonds))

1 cup

dried cranberries ( or sour cherries, optional)
