ground old fashioned oats (this is just shy of 3 cups oats prior to grinding them)

1/2 cup

sugar

1/2 cup

brown sugar

3 tbsp

unsalted butter (melted but cooled)

applesauce

ripe bananas - mashed or pureed

1 cup

Greek vanilla yogurt (I use fat free)

1 tsp

vanilla

1 1/2 tsp

baking soda

1/2 tsp

cinnamon

1 cup

chocolate chips (this can be left out or you can use nuts in place of the chocolate chips)
