Juicy Roasted Greek Meatballs – Keftedakia

ground beef (not extra lean otherwise the meatballs will be dry)

large onion finely chopped (I use a food processor)

1/3 cup

chopped fresh mint (I freeze mine)

egg

1/4 cup

olive oil

1/2 tsp

salt

pepper

1/2 tsp

cumin

1 tbsp

ouzo

2 tbsp

red wine vinegar

2 tbsp

breadcrumbs ( I use from barley rusks)

All purpose flour
