Primal “Twice” Baked Cauliflower

Cauliflower, raw, .5 head, large (6-7″ dia)

1 cup

Shredded Cheddar Cheese,

Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped

1/2 tsp

Pepper, black,

1 tbsp

Butter, salted,

Yogurt, plain, .25 cup (8 fl oz)

2 tbsp

Bacon Bits,

1/2 tsp

Salt,

1 tsp

Garlic – minced,

1/4 cup

Sour Cream,
