(approx.) of peeled and chopped carrots (I use the chop wizard) to make the pieces perfectly uniform, quickly

2 tbsp

melted ghee (I use Pure Indian Foods) or desired cooking fat

2 tbsp

sage

1 tbsp

cinnamon

1 tsp

sea salt (I use Redmond)

1/2 lb

bacon, chopped into uniform chunks (more or less bacon is ok too - whatever your taste buds like)
