garlic, smashed

olive oil

cumin

or 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

pepper

1 tbsp

red wine vinegar

fresh thyme, to garnish


NOTES

  • Used olive oil, salt and pepper and added cut up apple with skin on. NO red wine vinegar, cumin, garlic salt to thyme.
