Whole Wheat Apple and Oat Pancakes

apples I would recommend using a sweet variety of apple

stone ground whole wheat flour I use Arrowhead Mills

3/4 cup

rolled oats I use regular roled oats, not quick cooking

2 tsp

cinnamon

2 tbsp

masobado sugar Or maple syrup. A hint of sweetness makes for pancakes that don't need syrup!

unsalted butter We use grass fed

1/4 tsp

salt

1 tbsp

baking powder

1 tsp

baking soda
