We loved the sauce! Definitely will make again, possibly with pasta.
This tasted amazing--the sauce is really good! One warning though: this may not be the best option if you need to cook more than 4 or 5 chops. Next time we will try cooking the meat in the oven so they can all cook at the same time.
This is a repeater.
The sauce was amazing. The porkchops were a little bland though. I might figure out a lemony marinade for next time.
The wine was too strong a flavor for my family. If there is next time I might follow the options to omit the wine. It was fast and easy.

This recipe was good! I do agree with other reviews that it has a strong wine flavor, so I did do some doctoring to the sauce until I got it to the flavor and consistency that I wanted using the other ingredients that made up the sauce. I would probably make it again.
