heavy whipping cream, plus more for brushing

1/4 cup

sour cream

1 tbsp

lemon juice

1/2 tsp

vanilla extract

3/4 cup

strawberries, finely chopped*

powdered sugar

lemon juice

lemon zest (optional--it makes the glaze extra lemony!)
