packages of dry yeast (approx 4 1/2 tsp)
2 1/4 cups
warm water
1/2 cup
molasses
1 tsp
salt

ground ginger

flour
1 1/2 cups
gingersnap crumbs (you will most likely need to buy gingersnaps and run them through your food processor)

to 1 1/2 cups brown sugar (you can use white sugar as well)
Cinnamon - go with as little or as much as you would like
