firmly packed light brown sugar

clover honey

cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

1/4 tsp

fresh lemon juice

Vanilla Bean Pastry Cream:

1/4 cup

vanilla bean, split, or ¾ tsp pure vanilla extract
