Dijon mustard

drops Hot sauce

Elbow pasta
2 tbsp
Butter
2 cups
Cheese, sharp
1/2 cup
Milk
NOTES
A little too runny by the time you add enough broth to cover the pasta. Even simmering for 10 min after didn’t quite thicken it up as I like.
