Blueberry-Coconut Smoothie

1/3 cup

coconut milk (full fat-from the can)

2 tbsp

almond butter

chia or flax seeds (if using flax, I go with ground flax for better digestibility)

1/4 cup

frozen or fresh blueberries

1/4 cup

orange juice (freshly squeezed preferred, not from concentrate)

Pumpkin Coconut Smoothie

organic pumpkin purée

1 cup

coconut milk (can do half coconut and half almond)
