eggs (organic or pasture-raised, if possible)

3 tbsp

non-dairy milk of choice (almond, coconut)

1/2 cup

All-Purpose Gluten-Free Flour

2/3 tsp

Tapioca Flour

1/2 tsp

Aluminum-free baking powder

1/2 cup

chopped broccoli

1 cup

shredded non-dairy cheese (I recommend Daiya brand)

Optional: seasoning of your choice, to taste (I love a blend like herbs de provence)
