Cajun Shrimp and Rice

garlic, minced

Cajun seasoning (or you can make your own by combining dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper like I did)

1 lb

large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Salt and pepper

Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped

bunches green onions, chopped

1 1/2 cups

COOKED white rice (I had to delay everything else because I didn't notice that the rice was supposed to be cooked ahead of time)

1/4 cup

water

3 tbsp

chopped fresh parsley
