hot water (hottest tap water setting is fine)

1/2 cup

semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 1/4 cups

unsalted butter (softened)

6 cups

powdered sugar

3/4 cup

cocoa powder (I used special dark)

8 tbsp

heavy whipping cream

1 1/2 tsp

vanilla extract

12 oz

semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)
