Coconut Oil- 2/3 cup.

Sugar Alternative- 1 cup equivalent to sugar. Please use a granular alternative for best results.

Eggs- 2.

Vanilla Extract- 1 teaspoon.

Warm water- 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon.

Sugar Free Chocolate Chips- 1/4- 1/2 Cups (depending on how much of a melted chocolate texture and taste you want in this brownie.)
